I just want to take a moment to thank Gail's Grooming — they absolutely came in clutch today. After having a really bad experience elsewhere, I was stressed, but the lady here was so patient and kind. She took great care of Forest and did exactly what I asked for.

I truly appreciate the service and professionalism. I will definitely be coming back!

I brought my Shorkie in for a groom session, as he was badly in need of a haircut. I arrived at exactly 8:00 AM and Slawa was already there and ready to go. She has an easy-going attitude, and my pooch took to her immediately.

The place is clean and professional in terms of appearance. Most important for my puppy — it was quiet at this time of day. My dog is pretty high anxiety as most little pups are, and usually barks incessantly while being groomed. Not this time. He was quiet and he was well behaved. Slawa had that effect on him.

The end result was wonderful. Walter looked and felt fantastic when we left. I highly recommend this place to everyone in need of grooming services.

I have a sheepdog and he has 2 coats. I took him to several groomers and his hair was still matted and he would be so fearful. I took him to Gail's Happy Pets and Suava was able to get rid of every single knot. His hair is perfect and I can drop him off easily.

I love Gail's Happy Pets! Suava does such a great job with our Himalayan cats. We get lion cuts and the cats always look great when she's done! I strongly recommend Gail's Happy Pets! Prices are fair and the work is the best in South Florida.

The best!! Have been taking my Gracie (who is soon to be 17) here since she was a pup. Am now taking my rescue Sophie to her. Would not trust them with anyone else!!!

Suava (sorry if I spelled wrong) took really good care of our elderly cat Ramby. He had stopped grooming himself and had severe lung cancer. I took him to her for a year before he passed away every 3 months and she took great care of him. He always came home calm and smelling beautiful. I'm going to be taking our other cat to her tomorrow if I can, she is really really amazing.

I've been taking my 2 cats here for 2 years now and always have been so grateful for having them groomed and taken care of — my cats are by the way not an easy job, God Bless them!!! But because they care so much and they are very compassionate — it's truly what makes this place the #1 REAL DEAL!!!! My cat smells so sooo good and they are so soft and super clean and cute every time!! I highly recommend Gail's Happy Pet, because they truly go above and beyond taking care of our fur babies' grooming needs. I honestly can't do it without them. I'm very very thankful, and by the way the scarves are always the sweetest touch, so much appreciated. So much love for you Suava you're a real life angel!!
